European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde said risks to euro-area economic growth have become “more balanced.” Speaking at a news conference in Frankfurt after policy makers kept rates unchanged at 2%, Lagarde also said “the disinflationary process is over,” and that the ECB continues to be in a “good place” on inflation.
