Sebi Proposes Relaxing Minimum Share Offer Size for Large IPOs

India’s markets regulator SEBI has proposed reducing the minimum percentage of shares that a company must sell to the public for large IPOs as well as amended timeline to meet minimum public shareholding requirements, according to a consultation paper Monday.
